High performance water borne pure acrylic emulsion paint, SPECIFICALLY AS A PRIMER on ferrous substrates for new and maintenance applications. This primer has excellent adhesion and is ideally suited for pre-welding. This primer contains a proprietary “rust block” and as such can be applied over tightly adhering rust.
